The financial and economic evaluation discuss for electricity Hybrid production by renewable sources. Minimizing the time and costs required to purpose the final operation. The minimization of Level Cost of Energy (LCE) will be achieve with the particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO). The results show that the system of wind, solar and battery storage is more economical than buying electricity from the national grid. Also the load outage are consider for cases that production is less than consumption. Can be cut sum of the load with Less priority to stay balance production and consumption, But it will be a penalty for that load outage
