چکیده
Single-Electron devices have been paid a lot of attention to for the recent years since there were doubts about the single-electron devices, and so the reciprocating motion of electrons in these parts of the island is also one of the questions. Many different methods have been proposed to solve the equations and relations pertaining to these devices so far. One of them is to use the master equation. This paper we have tried the master equation to express the behavior of these components and also how this method by using the simulation time we reached the conclusion. The master equation indicates that the probability function is always a continuous and smooth function for all Vs (continuous or with limited dissociation) in terms of time or positionکلیدواژه ها
