خلاصه مقاله:
We investigate adiabatic pumping current of Dirac fermions in a monolayer of ballistic graphene withCorbino geometry in the presence of an external perpendicular magnetic field. The adiabatic pumping current isgenerated by periodic and out of phase variations of an electrostatic potential and an external uniform magnetic fieldapplied to the graphene. The pumping current is obtained by using the Brouwers’ formula for the adiabatic pumpingcurrent which is based on the scattering matrix method. The results of these calculations show that, at the Dirac pointthe pumping current oscillates similar to the magnetoconductance with the flux piercing the disk area Φd, characterizedby the period 2 h/e%ln K/ &% where K &% is the outer (inner) disk radius.
