چکیده

Different methods, including ultrasonic, reflux, and microwave techniques were used to synthesize oneformulation containing single-wall carbon nanotube and conjugated cisplatin. In fact, because of some severe sideeffects of cisplatin, some important parameters were changed to evaluate the quality of formulations for future medicalapplication. The value of conjugated cisplatin and the stability of formulations were measured by atomic absorptionspectroscopy and dynamic light scattering analysis. The structure of main platform was checked by TEM images. Theresults strongly suggest that the microwave process can be applied as an optimized and rapid method for synthesis ofcisplatin complex. This procedure can also maintain the main structure of complex for special application in drugdelivery of cisplatin.
