Production ultra large reduced graphene oxide sheets and its transparent conductive thinfilm

The production of ultra large reduced graphene oxide was investigated. Ultra large layers of graphene oxide to about 70μm were produced using a modified Hummers method. These graphene layers were used for production of thin filmsusing spray technique on flexible substrates and were reduced by hydriodic acid. The produced low cost thin films hadhigh transparency to 83% and low electrical resistance to 6 kΩ.
