خلاصه مقاله:
This paper reports on the synthesis and characterization of thallium oxide nanoparticles via a simplemicrowave method. Additionally, the effect of some reaction parameters such as microwave power, irradiation time, pHvalue, and capping agent effect were investigated to reach optimum synthesis condition. Microwave method provides asimple, fast, high reaction rate, and rapid method for the synthesis of Thallium oxide nanoparticles because of itshomogeneous and fast-heating characteristics. The as-obtained results indicated that pure and homogeneous Thalliumoxide nanoparticles have been form through the microwave method. The products were characterized by SEM, DRS, andEDS.
