چکیده
Bacterial cellulose (BC) is a natural nanomaterial that has a native dimension ranging between 40 and 65 nmin diameter. The main challenge that exists is the low yield of the cellulosic nanofibres, that we have tried to improveefficiency with increase productivity and reduce costs (related to culture, harvest cellulose, etc). A tray bioreactorconstructed by our team with working volume 15 liter was used as a bioreactor for improved bacterial celluloseproduction. In this research, bacterial Nano-cellulose production was over-produced by optimization effect of two mainfactors in performance of tray bioreactor, such as the volume to surface Ratio of culture medium in the tray and the kindof medium. At all of experiments the acetobacter Xylinum BPR2001 and culture medium molasses – CSL and HS wasused. Under optimal conditions volume to surface Ratio of 1.5cm and molasses-CSL medium, the highest productionwas obtained: 8.14gr of dried cellulose on each tray. The structural characteristics of bacterial cellulose have beeninvestigated by SEM micrographic.کلیدواژه ها
