خلاصه مقاله:
Alkylation is a usual method for producing high octane number and environmental friendly gasoline from reaction between isobutane and butenes. From many years ago, researches have begun for invention a solid acid catalyst to replace the corrosive and toxic liquid acid catalysts. In this work, we will have simulated a moving bed reactor for alkylation process which operates with solid catalyst. Kinetics of solid catalyst extracted from a literatures. At first, a suitable model will have created to analyze the conversion in reactor. Then, we will consider a base case according to best industrial schemes. Afterward, effect of change in some main reaction parameters on conversion will have been analyzed by results of solving differential equations simultaneously
