چکیده
Pramipexole (PXL, Mirapex, Mirapexin, Sifrol) is a dopamine agonist of the non-ergoline class indicated for treating Parkinson's disease (PD) and restless legs syndrome (RLS). This research introduces a PVC membrane sensor for determination of pramipexole in pharmaceutical formulation. For the membrane preparation, pramipexole-tetraphenyl borate ion-pair was employed as a sensing material in the PVC membrane. The electrodes illustrated a fast, stable andNernstian response over a wide pramipexole concentration range of 1×10-5 to 1×10-1 M, in the pH range of 3.0-8.0. The calculated detection limit of the sensors is 8×10-6 M. Validation of the method shows suitability of the sensors for use in the analysis of pramipexole dihydrochloride in pharmaceutical formulation.کلیدواژه ها
