چکیده مقاله:

Reliability of hybrid system power under variations of weather conditions and the cost of power generation by hybrid system are the two main indices for designing hybrid Photovoltaic (PV)-Wind including of Fuel Cell (FC) as storage system. In this paper a hybrid power generation system consist of wind turbine, photovoltaic (PV) arrays and FC is designed to supply the system load, technically and economically and proposed an optimal sizing method to optimize the components of hybrid system. Based on Hunting search (HUS) algorithm, one optimal sizing method is developed to determinate the optimal size of hybrid system components that can satisfied the reliability index of load supply with a minimum cost of overall 20-year energy generation by hybrid system. The costs of hybrid system include investment, maintenance and repair cost and also costs associated with loss of load supply. Also in this paper an approximate model is considered to calculate of system reliability that caused a significant decrease in optimization calculation time.
