چکیده

Nowadays marginalization in the big cities as key challenges cited And a large part of the neighborhoods in the metropolitan area are marginalized and distressed areas That informal settlements without authorization in place at the edge of a large group of people we have created. It turns out that when urban development is unbalanced, will follow problems such as marginalization and the slum dwellers. Increasing marginalization is essential to the development of all aspects of the city in different parts of it. In other words, not parts of the city, becoming more developed and the developing another flavor of encounters. Given the importance of this issue in most metropolises of state and municipal services, This study is based on Library Studies and descriptive to examine the problem of marginalization in Iran and in the end has provided solutions to address this problem.
