The attempt to solve an important problem because the reduction of fossil fuel reserves and pollution caused by their use, environmental degradation and designers have focused on building construction In which different approaches to the use of other energy sources is considered in the development of thermal comfort. Due to the design and static systems that meet the needs of the most efficient ways to heat buildings Without the use of fossil energy and mechanical energy and utilizes renewable energy sources will be considered. The most important advantage of this system is compatible with the environment and the potential of reducing the consumption of fossil energy And the environmental impact caused by it. This paper examines the city's population and energy in relation to sustainable development and the need for designers to discuss sustainability in architecture And the sustainable development of the built environment and sustainable architectural design and planning of urban scale, neighborhood, local scale and the scale of a building has to be brief. The importance of designing and implementing a static system with four case study includes Masdar City in the United Arabic Emirates, Portland State organs America, the city of Nantes in France, Paris and studied in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and the final recommendations and conclusions are presented.
