چکیده مقاله:

Fossil fuels consumption saving and using clean sources of energy lead to reduce in building operation costs, environmental protection and public health. The science of compatibility with climate which is a topic of sustainable architecture, considered as a method of architecture which tries to supply a good amount of required heating and cooling energies of any buildings from their environment. The current research considered three units of a residential complex in temperate and humid city of Ghaemshahr on August 12 and 13, 2014, in a warm stress condition. To investigate the effects of climate factors in indoor thermal comfort, weather data was recoreded by aerology devices once in each 3h periods in each unit. Compared with local climate conditions, thermal comfort level of places were determined by transferring the recorded data to psychometric chart. Results indicated how much the blocks layout and architectural properties could moderate ambient conditions and decrease the use of air conditioner devices in places to ¼th in a day. Analyzing the obtained data and used design principle of native architecture of humid and moderate regions, an architectural strategy is proposed as the output of the research.
