چکیده مقاله:

With the beginning of the sixteenth century to the present revolution in navigation, marine boundaries have changed slowly to the center of gravity of human civilization, shore up the world economy is meant to focus on core activities, the population and the tensions in the axis. Adoption of Integrated Coastal Zone Management, the coastal countries, which is a reflection of the fragility of life on this earth is governed bands. Integrated Coastal Zone Management means harmonize laws are inconsistent and overlapping. This approach seeks to eliminate Bkhshyngry Management and Creative Thinking in local affairs and resolve conflicts between organizations. and natural disaster management in the coastal zoneIn order to achieve integrated management, provide and implement strategies to increase stability in the coastal area in the region should be a model of decision making, the basic framework of criteria and sub Mdlyz·h then be determined. based on the responses of each index point, in comparison with other strategies were prioritized. The final model results show that the weights obtained according to the guidelines provided by the network transport and ports Paydarsvahl, economic, social, environmental and other policies to achieve the highest priority in the Integrated Coastal Zone Management in the model.
