چکیده
Atherosclerosis, a pathologic condition related to cholesterol build-up and thickening of the inner wall of the artery, narrows or occludes the artery lumen. A stent is a miniature medical device deployed in a stenotic artery to restore the blood flow. Here, hemodynamic of blood is investigated in the presence of a coronary stent with a definite design by computational fluid dynamics to examine the effects of blood dynamics and the resulting stresses on the vessel walls. Furthermore, we are interested to study the existed shear stress in the near of the vessel wall and stent.کلیدواژه ها
