Antioxidants cause to protect a body against oxidative tensions from free Radicals [1]. Some herbal extractions such as Euphorbia helioscopia have effects of antioxidant.They can be used as a natural antioxidants in medical industry and nutrition, for they have unwanted problems of artificial antioxidants [2]. in the experimental study, stem of Euphorbia heliscopia was collected from Tinoch in Ghom in the last spring of 1392.Extractions of the herbals were extracted by the method of distillation with vapor, and the compound were separated and determined by chromatography, GC/MS, AND db-5. Euphorbia helioscopia was extracted with varying solutions, soksle system, and drenching. Extraction was done by methanol, ethanol, hexane, distill water and ethanol –water. Antioxidant Qualities of alcohol extractions and alcohol hydro was considered in varied densities with using 2,2-diphenil-1-pikril heydrazil (DPPH) and compared with syntactic antioxidant of Botilited hydroxide Tuvin ( BHT).Results: the main compound of the Euphorbiahelioscoia L, .N-Actans are 34.27. The study indicates antioxidant activity with IC50 methanolsoksole (102/32); drenching methanol (213/79); soksoleethanol (407/38); soksolewater (246/03); water and soksoleethanol (223/87) are mg/ml.The results from the tableshows percent of extract control of soksole methanol from soksoleethanol extraction.
