چکیده

This article Deals with the impact of ICT indicators, inflation, income, institutional factors and government consumption expenditure on the development of financial markets (with a focus on the money market and the credit provided by the banking sector). To achieve this purpose; we examined the variables of Internet users, landlines and mobile lines as ICT indicators in nine selected developing countries during the period 2002-2012. To estimate the effects of variables, an Econometric technique is used with panel cointegration approach to the method of generalized least squares (GLS). Based on the obtained estimation results ICT indicators and , government Consumption Expenditure have a positive impact and combination of institutional factors, inflation and income have an impact on the development of financial markets.
