چکیده

This study sought to examine the impact of renewable and non-renewable energy consumption on value added of service sector, for the 9 selected Countries of the ECO Organization; during the period 1994 to 2011. For this purpose, to estimate the effects of variables, panel cointegration techniques by the approach of fully modified ordinary least squares (FMOLS) is used. The results show that Renewable and Non-Renewable energy consumption along with other control variables (Human capital and physical capital) has a positive and significant impact on value added in the service sector during under review period.
