خلاصه مقاله:
The innovation is a systematic and complicated process, which depending on the situation and vision of the organization, can be different. Innovation includes producing a new idea, making a product and trading it. Today those institution which can use the appropriate level of cost and speed, are making new ideas and developing them to the market, are more successful. One of the sorts of innovation, which can be very notable in the defensive issues, is Military innovation. Military innovation includes: Technological innovations and innovation in the actions and thoughts of war. Innovation is gaining a creative idea and transforming it to a product, service or new operational method. The innovation system is made of three major subsystems including producing the idea, obtaining the resources, and developing the product. Inner organizational components in innovation potential is included: The strategy of the institution, Organizational culture, Organizational structure, Management, Presence of key individuals, Training, Team working and problem solving. The general process of innovation includes the following steps: 1) Recognizing market's demands, or the technological opportunity, 2) Changing the current technology or accepting a new technology which can meet the expectations, 3) Creating new products or services (invention), if necessary. 4) Presenting new technology (and products or services) by trading.
