چکیده

This study describes the essence of labour market programmes for people unemployed for a long time and it shows the results of the author’s research studies concerning satisfaction of these programmes participants and also of public benefit organizations employing them. The research studies were performed in the federal state, Berlin in 2007-2010. (Since 2011 the number of seats in these programs have been reduced because, despite making activation and reintegration efforts, the funds earmarked for this purpose are high in relation to the obtained integration index, therefore the period of 2011-13 is not comparable with the period analyzed).Labour market programmes for the above mentioned group of the unemployed have been carried out despite a relatively low mobilization and reintegration indicator. Participants of such programmes and public benefit organizations employing them are satisfied with this form of support. These programmes are generally directed at improving reintegration chances i.e. at (re)adjustment of the unemployed to operate on the labour market. The unemployed are supported by social workers and they can also take part in all sorts of training courses.This study in 4 subchapters shows selected labour market programmes, their participants and employers’ satisfaction and the reintegration quota while the conclusion deals with main findings resulting from carried out research studies.
