چکیده

To decide using technical, economical or even political criteria, means a continuous deposition of every available piece of information at the level of a reasoning center. Unfortunately, the information is a scarce ware. In order to solve this problem the report presents the steps in developing expert type software usable in thermal power plant operation. In this way the decident, e.g. the power plant operator, adds a tool to his decision-inaking paraphernalia. As a practical examaple of solving such problems, the authors took a steam by-pus; of a high-pressure turbine. The importance of these operational decisions it's stressed by die Irend toward a ndependent power production, which in turn pushes a plants toward, which in turn pushes a plant toward an intermediate load operation.
