In this paper general requirements for a power system harmonic analyser will be peresented. A unit has been desgined, manufactured and tested at Isfahan University of Technology (IUT). The system which consists of a computer and associated accessories was used to measure harmonic signals at Isfahan steel company in Iran. A description of measuring system and results taken at the factory are also presented.
