Some structures with regard to the specific circumstances of their use, may be affected by high strain rate load such as blast and impact. The importance of evaluating high strain rate loads is well characterized by comparing them with behavior and characteristics of other loading and hazards. Applied too much pressure, change in direction of loading and low time of loading are such differences of theses loads with others; Thus, understanding the nature and function of loads with high rate and applying an appropriate analyze method for design is very important. In this paper high strain rate loads are introduced. The nature, function and relationship of these loading were individually examined and structural damage caused by these loads which is dedicated a large portion of today's research, will be discussed. In further, two RC sub-assemblages under the middle column removal process are investigated In order to analyze the damage caused by the blast or impact. The results show that the force which was tolerated previously by middle column, transmitted to beams. Also the results indicate that specimen with more detail in stirrups, has better strength compared to other specimen.
