خلاصه مقاله:
Dynamic analysis is conducted in two dynamic and quasi-static methods, but due to limitations and simplifying premises of quasi-static ones the dynamic methods are more reliable. Because of the complexity and high number of calculations and computations in Dynamic approaches, the numerical methods developed rapidly. Applying polymeric materials for dam construction also results in rising stability and safty factor and increases stability of embankments mainly in dam shell. One of the newest software which has the ability of dynamic analysis of polymeric material- reinforced soil dams is the Plaxis ” softwar. In this research, modeling of multiple reinforced soil dams (RSD) was conducted by the software to calculate vertical and horizontal displacements, safty factor, and the maximum acceleration of soil. The analysis is also done in the presence and lack of dam drainage in the case of earthquake. The research results, indicate that placing geogrids will causes(26% to 57%) in reduction of vertical and horizontal displacements and increase of safty factor(46% to 69%), particularly in undrained analysing where Excess pore water pressure” exists. Moreover, the maximum horizontal acceleration of soil in undrained analysis in some region of soil (50%) increases in comparison with drained analysis.
