چکیده
Communications in organizations have been one ofthe most important issues. To run the business processes, thecompany needs communication between units and customers.We provide a framework which can be used by networkdesigners in an organization. The outcome of the frameworkis value for three QoS parameters: delay, loss and availability.The organizations business processes are used as a basis forthe framework. We used UML as the tool to model thebusiness processes in the organization. First, the process ismodeled with UML activity, sequence and class diagrams.Then, a three-step analysis has been conducted on the modelsto find the specifications of the business process. The analysiscovers the data, actors and time domains in the businessprocess. The framework assumes that the business processesare static and no change happens during the work ofinformation systems.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
