Nano powders of cobalt disulfide were produced with solvothermal technique in ethanol as a solvent. CoS2 nanoparticles were obtained by using cobalt chloride and sodium thiosulfate as precursors. The final products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), IR spectra, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results illusrated CoS2 semi spherical particles with 32nm diameter
