چکیده
This work aims to study the role of the triple helix –government-university-industry in development and commercialization of technology. To do this, the paper chose the American triple helix as the case of study.Since many American technological outcomes and commercialization trends have their roots in the SecondWorld War, the specific period under study will be WWII, yet the afterward effects will also be considered. The paper will examine the convergence of the arms of the America triple helix, which assisted this country in building on their collaborations leading to development and commercialization of many technologiesnationwide and worldwide. اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد COI
COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
