چکیده
As we in Iran are moving increasingly towards an open market economy with our industry having succeeded in providing many market needs in terms of goods and services the future criteria is no longer “the lack of goods and services” but “ better marketing for the goods and services coming on line” in a more developed economy. This requires the use of professional business and evaluation tools if we are required to compete with goods and services of other countries in order to export and efficiently satisfy our internal market. The summary of the three stages of investment and business evaluation are examined. COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
