چکیده

A change in normal physical state of a persan and his becoming a handicapped is a complex process that repuires training before and after it. Adopting serious responsibility to attend at front is surely accompanied by understanding possibilities and dangers that threaten the person all the times. Meawhile families more than others need training. That is why supporting the families emotionally and mentally can be the best backing to be present at front, so that soldiers will never forget their mothers’ good blessing before their going to front. Today many of eigh – year Holy Defense soldiers due to their injuries live in our society as the handicapped and despite their variety and complexity of position , their basic needs can be categorized as physical , psychological and social requirements. Taking in to consideration this point that a handicapped person once has not had any disability leads to the fact that by proper use of injured organs he can adjust with other intact people under new conditions. And this necessitates proper training that on one hand cover the handicapped persan himself and his family on the other hand. It must be said undoutedly that the most important part of training concerns with the psychological – emotianal aspect . Training dimensions can include the following steps: - Accepting the new conditions of the handicapped person , - Accepting this fact that a family member may have problems or be disabled , - Developing appropriate living conditions in family according to the degree of disability, - Not taking pity on the handicapped person because this causes his mental health ruin , - Planning to strenghten his physical and mental conditions, and - Believing to be a valuable mement of the Holy Defense on the be half of the handicapped person. Training in these fields is best to occur by use of workshop method of training (in specific cases face to face) , so that it develops basis of experience exchange. This training must definitely has step by step and final evaluation , in order to bear more success in decreasing problems of the handicapped and their families’ Facilitation of affairs.
