چکیده مقاله:

Micro RNAs are small non-coding RNAs having a length of 20-24 nucleotides, regulating the expression of the gene after transcription. Micro RNAs are capable of binding to an 3ʹ untranslatable region of the target gene. So, it causes mRNA degradation or inhibition of translation. So far, a lot of micro- RNAs are identified in human cells which, with specificexpression in certain tissues and controlling of key activities of growth and development. Change in the micro-RNAs levelhas been observed in different pathological conditions, especially in cancer. Chromosome 14q32 is one of the richestregions of micro- RNAs in the human genome. MiR-411-5P belongs to this region. The reduction of expression of mir-411- 5p has been revealed in most investigated cancers. The aim of this study was to compare mir411-5p expression levels between tumor and normal tissue of gastric.Method: Firstly, all the RNAs are extracted from tumor and healthy samples of the stomach. CDNA of these RNAs, is synthesized, finally, expression levels of mir411-5p are measured through real time PCR technique. Result: It is found that the expression levels of miR-411-5P have changed when comparing the health and tumor tissues. The preliminary results are ready, and the final results will be announced at the Congress. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that this micro- RNA will be probably used as Biomarker in early diagnosis of gastric cancer and subsequently may be used in faster treatment of patients; therefore, it would be a hope in treatment of gastric cancer.
