A Study on the Obstacles of Electronic Administration of Final-semester Examinations at Payameh Noor Universities in Khuzestan

This study intended to investigate the obstacles of electronic and online administrations of final-semester examinations at undergraduate and post graduate levels in Payameh Noor universities in Khuzestan based on the views of educational principals. The statistical population of this study consisted of all educational principals. The sample of the study consisted of 19 educational principals. The instrument (material) of the research was aquestionnaire that was designed by the researcher of the current study. This study was a descriptive-survey research. The results showed that there are many obstacles for electronic administration of examinations, including legal obstacles in the universities, political obstacles in the universities, legal obstacles associated with central organization, political obstacles associated with central organization, lack of sufficient budget, administrative problems, traffic in lines, and inefficiency of satellite networks
