Identifying factors that structure of biosafety systems threat in developing countries will be useful to createmonitoring and analysising systems of risk. One factor that can threat biosafety infrastructure and food security forcountries is the using microwave waves with agroterrorism purpose. Hence electromagnetic waves apply in the world withwonderful speed. currently use of electronic and electromagnetic systems at all angles of human life including the use andapplication of electromagnetic devices in systems such as telecommunications systems, advanced military equipment,medical equipment, equipment used in industry and space program has been inevitable. Electromagnetic waves dependingon distance, time, frequency and amplitude, have different impacts on living organisms and physical environment. Inmilitary dimension, after applying electromagnetic phenomena by advanced armies of the world from World War to PersianGulf War electromagnetic waves have had a significant evolution and development. In economic dimension, usingelectromagnetic bombs in order to threat infrastructure and natural resources, especially agriculture fields are clear. Thus,in recent years due to the importance of different effects of these waves, extensive research regarding the effects of waveson humans, animals and plants and also farming systems has been done. This article is intended to state electromagneticbombs features and their mechanism on biological structures and also some results of research conducted regarding theeffects of these fields on biological systems particularly crops and useful microorganisms in paddy fields.
