In this paper, a novel low power, merged low noise amplifier (LNA) and mixer suitable for wireless sensor network (WSN) applications are proposed. In the proposed design forward body biasing and current reused methods are used together, which resulted in extremely ultra low power design. In the design process at first the ultra low power LNA and mixer using current reused method is designed. Then the supply voltage is reduced with using the forward body biasing method and ultra low power consumption is obtained
