چکیده مقاله:

Cyanobacteria are classified as bacteria (lacking amembrane-bounded nucleus) they are photosyntheticand are included among our algal collections.Cyanobacteria played a decisive role in elevating thelevel of free oxygen in the atmosphere of the early Earth.Cyanobacteria can change remarkably in appearance,depending on the environmental conditions and someThe current study is continues of previous study in Caspian Sea that took place on the feeding of Mnemiopsis andchange on Cyanobacteria. The samples were takenfrom 6 lines Lisar, Anzali, Sefidrood, Nooshahr, Babolsar,Amirabad that every line have 4 stations(A, B, C, D)andwater for analysis have taken from different depth(0,10, 20, 50, 100) meters in Southern of Caspian Sea,that, transferred to the Caspian Sea ecological institutelaboratory. In Southern Caspian Sea alone recorded45 species of Cyanophyta, according to this study.In comparison after Mnemiopsis arrival, phylum ofCyanobacterioa increased sharply in terms of speciespercentage at the same time by mnemiopsis arrivalThe dominant species of Cyanobacter in southernCaspian Sea were Anabaena spiroides, Anabaenatenuis,Oscilatoria limosa, Oscilatoria geminata, Aphanotheceelabens, Microcystis aeruginosa, Microcystis sp,Merismopedia punctata, Anabaenopsis cunningtonii. InCaspian Sea waters, because of different physicochemicalfactors as different seasons, rivers, circulation, pollutionand biological factors special mnemiopsis leidyi observedchanging in diversity Cyanobacteria in different timesand areas specially in southern of Caspian Sea.
