The present paper is a part of our oriented research to investigate the trends of chellation between MoO4 2- and L-aspartic acid in thepresence of Triton X-100 under different ionic strengths over the range (0.1 to 0.7 mol dm-3) of potassium chloride by using UV-Vis spectrophotometric techniques. After the optimization of the experimental variables, the composition of the complex was determined by the continuous variation and mole ratio methods.Ultimately, the formation constants were processed and compared with those obtained in the aqueous solutions.
