چکیده

High thermal flux of new processors isn’t absorbed by regular air-radiator, so application of microchannel with metal nanoparticles suspension in liquid fluid is considered. In this study, effect of fin thickness and microchannel’s aspect ratio on EER. The fluid was Al2O3/water nanocolloid. Results show that optimized aspect ratio is between 0.6-0.7 and it decreases with increasing thickness of fin. A correlation of optimized aspect ratio with various fin’s thickness for a specific CPU obtain.
