چکیده
during last few years, oil pipeline construction projects in iran have mostly experiened a delayed start of operation and final completion. There are a number of each of the project participants points of view i.e. the owner. Consultant and the contactor. this study reviews challenges in delivering lranian oil pipeline projects by focusing on the main key deliverable of the construction phase: i.e. operations acceptance and the issue of resolving commissioning and operation defects. literature review, case studies, and some interviews with involved managers ad experts were used in order to identify causes of delays.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
