خلاصه مقاله:
The objective of this research is to study the methods used in Ghajar/Qajar houses of Tehran, in a sense that the architecture used have what extent of conformity with architectural sustainable planning/designing for Ghajar/Qajar houses. The structural and frame boundary of this study, has been chosen and studied from buildings such as (Mosques, schools, markets, coffee shops, ice houses, wind-breakers/residential architecture), residential architecture i.e. the ancients houses of Ghajar period. Time dingle of the study of case samples relates to the buildings had been constructed at the last period of Ghajar {third period of Ghajar rule in the year of 1934 A.H} and the initial period of Phalavi era and used then. Research method, lies in the developmental researches field, as well as the research has used two methods, 1- Historical research method which has dealt with the perception and the study of historical movement of the events 2- Descriptive research method that has dealt with the description of constituents or elements of a situation or condition relation. The tool to aggregate the data includes the library method (notes taking, table, map, plan and chart, document and …), observation, as well as field and face to face comprehension. Following two methods have been used to analyze the data: 1- descriptive analysis and 2- comparative analysis. As this study follows the answer to the question of Ghajar houses conformity extent to the sustainable architectural standards, after carrying out the study it showed that the residential buildings of Ghajar’s last period in Tehran had high conformity with sustainable architectural planning/designing
