This paper discusses the analysis of a twosegment rectangular dielectric resonator anlenna (DRA) for broadening of impedance band-width In the proposed two-segmenl configuration, two rectangular dielectric sections are used which are separated by a metal plate. With this configuration, it is possible to excite two adjacent resonant frequencies. Utilizing the two-segment thin DM and skilftilly varying its aspect ratio, an appropriate slructure ,s obtained that illustrates 76.80/o impedance band'width (for S11>10dB) at 3 32-7 46GHzfrecluency band.
