The interaction of palladium (II) –Nitrogen bidentate ligand with Adenine and Guanine based of DNA were studied at the B3LYP level of Theory. We used LANL2DZ basisset for Palladium and other atoms. The results of these calculations showed that binding Pdcomplexes with N7 Guanine are more stable of the Pd-Adenine and the best anticancer drugs determined that is agree with experimental calculation
