چکیده مقاله:
This paper investigates the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in architectural design, focusing on its transformative potential in reshaping urban environments. The research explores the ways AI technologies such as machine learning, generative design, and predictive analytics are being utilized in architectural practices to enhance design efficiency, sustainability, and creativity. Case studies of AI applications in architectural projects, as well as reviews of current AI-based tools, are analyzed to understand their impact on the design and construction phases. The findings reveal that AI can significantly improve architectural workflows by automating repetitive tasks, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering innovative design solutions. However, challenges such as data privacy, ethical concerns, and the need for interdisciplinary collaboration remain barriers to widespread adoption. This paper concludes by discussing the future implications of AI in architecture and urban planning, highlighting the potential for AI-driven smart cities that prioritize sustainability and human-centric design.
