In this work, the first report for synthesis of mesoporous silica particles prepared using cheap surfactant Tween80 as directing agent and addition of CTAB as a co-surfactant and we carried out using industrial ethyl silicate solution as source of silica in all cases under acidic condition. In order to achieve Nano porous silica with better morphology and pore size distribution we examined different molar ratio of surfactants, Studies by SEM and BET showed that the morphology of the synthesized particles have a, spherical shape and amorphous structure. These particles can be utilized as the catalytic supports, adsorbents, and biological materials areas
