4-methoxyphenyl-2-methoxyphenyloeil-(1H) imidazole and 5-methoxyphenyl-2-methoxyphenyloeil-(1H) imidazole derivatives can be tautomerize to each other using increasing oftemperature. These to imidazolic compounds synthesized in a mixture of methoxyphenylglyoxale and ammonium acetate easily. In this study I investigate interconversion of these two isomers by NMR technique. Results showed that 4-methoxyphenyl-2-methoxyphenyloeil-(1H) imidazole to 5-methoxyphenyl-2-methoxyphenyloeil-(1H) imidazole derivatives with increasing in temperature. Kineticparameters of this tautomerization calculated from experimental NMR data
