چکیده مقاله:

The textile industry presents complex molecular interactions and material engineering challenges, particularly in natural fiber systems involving cotton, linen, and silk. This research investigates the chemical and structural transformations occurring during innovative dyeing and weaving processes through advanced analytical methodologies. Utilizing Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Statistical Analysis, we studied the nanoscale morphological characteristics and chemical modifications induced by various processing parameters, focusing on understanding the intermolecular dynamics during color absorption, fiber bonding, and structural modifications. Key parameters investigated included dye molecular weight, fiber surface chemistry,  pH-induced structural changes, and temperature-dependent molecular interactions. Experimental protocols examined the chemical compatibility of cotton, linen, and silk fiber blends, analyzing their molecular response to different dyeing conditions through spectroscopic and microscopic techniques to characterize surface functional groups, evaluate molecular interactions, and quantify chemical transformations. The research demonstrated significant molecular-level modifications in fiber structure, revealing complex interactions between dye molecules and fiber substrates, with statistical analysis enabling precise prediction of optimal processing conditions and highlighting the potential for controlled chemical engineering in textile manufacturing. Critical results include enhanced understanding of multi-fiber molecular interactions, identification of optimal chemical processing parameters, improved color uniformity through molecular-level modifications, and potential reduction in chemical consumption during textile processing. The study contributes novel chemical engineering of natural fiber blends, presenting innovative strategies for sustainable textile production by bridging material science, chemistry, and textile engineering to offer transformative approaches  to understanding and manipulating fiber-chemical interactions.
