The Role of Fluid Thinking in Business Process Reengineering with an Emphasis on AI and Blockchain

In the era of digital transformation, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) plays a key role in improving organizational performance. This study examines the impact of fluid thinking on the effectiveness of BPR, emphasizing emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain. Results indicate that fluid thinking, as a flexible and creative approach, acts as a significant mediator in the optimal utilization of new technologies for organizational process redesign. Additionally, AI and blockchain synergistically enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve service quality. This study highlights the importance of integrating cognitive and technological dimensions in the success of reengineering projects and suggests that organizations should invest not only in technology but also in developing employees' fluid thinking skills.
