چکیده

Urban green spaces provide essential ecological, social, and economic benefits, yet their development and maintenance entail significant costs. This study investigates the various cost components associated with the creation and enhancement of urban green spaces within the context of urban management. Through a comparative analysis of different types of green space projects (e.g., parks, green roofs, community gardens, urban forests) across diverse urban settings, we examine the influence of factors such as land acquisition, design, construction, materials, and regulatory compliance on overall development costs. Our findings provide a detailed breakdown of these costs, identify potential cost-saving strategies, and offer insights for urban managers seeking to optimize investments in urban green infrastructure for maximum benefit and sustainability.
