خلاصه مقاله:
This paper presents two 2.5Gb/s low-power Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIA) for optical receiver applications that employs techniques not only to allowlow-power and low-voltage operations, but also enhance the gain and bandwidth characteristics simultaneously. The proposed circuits are simulated in HSPICE usingstandard 0.18μm CMOS process. Finally, the results indicate that these designs are suitable to be used as an opto-electronic receiver amplifier for a 2.5 Gb/s communication system over fiber optic
