This research employs the Drivers-Pressures-State-Impact-Response (DPSIR) framework to analyze and anticipate the ecological security of Taiwan's marine ecosystems, examining the effects of human-induced stressors such as pollution, overfishing, habitat loss, and climate change, and utilizing the DPSIR  framework, case studies, and various assessment models, which classify human activities, environmental pressures, marine ecosystem states, impacts, and responses, with assessment models complementing the DPSIR framework by providing a systematic and quantitative evaluation, while case studies offer practical insights - this systematic literature review following PRISMA guidelines demonstrates the DPSIR framework's adaptability and effectiveness in analyzing Taiwan's complex marine biological processes, revealing human-induced stressors on marine states through a comprehensive examination of causes, pressures, states, consequences, and responses, and helping Taiwan identify sources of environmental change, analyze pressures, and develop sustainable marine ecological management solutions, though the framework requires refinement and customization to Taiwan's unique maritime environments; an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) was shown to analyze the relationships between parameters affecting environmental security and impacts, effectively predicting changes in ecological conditions and evaluating prediction accuracy through linear regression, The study's evidence-based results shape Taiwan's maritime protection policies, and it recommends integrating the DPSIR framework with SWOT analysis to improve evaluation and decision-making in Taiwan's marine environmental protection efforts.
