چکیده

The rapid development of urbanization leads to an increase in the demand for providing infrastructure such as the creation of transportation facilities, etc. has been In today's conditions, there is a need for an integrated and stable transportation system, while traffic, a significant increase in commuting time, an increase in accidents, noise pollution, and the level of air pollution approaching the limits of the threat to human health from the consequences of the transportation system and Transportation is considered unsustainable in urban areas, so sustainability cannot be achieved only by making changes in the design, usage patterns, and management of vehicles, but changes in the way of thinking should be made regarding the recognition and evaluation of possible solutions to solve transportation problems. A sustainable transportation system requires more activities than controlling air pollution, traffic or reducing fuel consumption, and studies have shown that there is no single solution to solving complex transportation problems, and solving such problems requires a comprehensive, dynamic and It is reliable. Sustainable transportation management takes into account the effects of transportation development on economic efficiency, environmental issues, resource consumption, land use, and social justice, and aims to reduce environmental impacts, increase transportation system efficiency, and improve social living conditions. It helps and the goal of that system is to increase the efficiency and movement of goods, services and people with minimal access problems.
