چکیده
A straightforward, quick, accurate, and repeatable UV spectrophotometric simultaneous estimate technique for dapagliflozin and teneligliptin hydrobromide hydrate in a synthetic mixture was created and verified. First-order derivative spectroscopy is the foundation of the UV spectrophotometric approach. When water was used as a diluent, the absorbance of dapagliflozin and teneligliptin hydrobromide hydrate was measured at working wavelengths of ۲۲۹ nm (the zero-crossing point of teneligliptin hydrobromide hydrate) and ۲۱۵.۸ nm (the zero-crossing point of dapagliflozin), respectively. According to the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH), the created method's specificity, linearity, range, accuracy, precision, and robustness were validated. The linearity of the suggested method was examined for dapagliflozin in the range of ۱-۸ μg/ml (r۲ = ۰.۹۹۹۴) and for Teneligliptin hydrobromide hydrate in the range of ۴-۳۲ μg/ml (r۲ = ۰.۹۹۹۲). According to UV spectrophotometry, the percentage accuracy for dapagliflozin and teneligliptin hydrobromide hydrate was ۹۹, ۱۰۱.۴۲, ۱۰۰.۱, and ۱۰۰.۹, respectively. The results showed that the devised approach is appropriate for routine analysis of the amount of teneligliptin hydrobromide hydrate and dapagliflozin in a synthetic mixture.کلیدواژه ها
